Official: Jaguars Sign Contract Extension for Defensive Lineman Jeremiah Ledbetter

JACKSONVILLE – The Jaguars have moved to solidify their defensive line depth.

Jeremiah Ledbetter, a defensive lineman entering his seventh NFL season, has re-signed with the Jaguars. The team announced the signing on March 8, 2024.

Ledbetter has started two of 38 career games played, with the two starts coming while playing 17 regular-season games for the Jaguars in 2023. He registered a career-high 24 tackles, seven solos, this past season with one quarterback hurry, a pass defensed and a fumble recovery.

Ledbetter signed to the Jaguars' practice squad on November 1, 2021 and signed to their active roster on December 28, 2002. He previously spent time with the Detroit Lions (16 games, 2017), Tampa Bay Buccaneers (four games, 2018-2020) and Arizona Cardinals (zero games, 2021).
