Roster Moves: Jaguars re-sign a wide receiver and sign a kicker

JACKSONVILLE – The Jacksonville Jaguars have re-signed WR Laquon Treadwell, the team announced today. Additionally, the team has signed K Ryan Santoso.

Treadwell, 6-2, 215, enters his seventh season in the NFL after initially being drafted by Minnesota in the first round (23rd overall) of the 2016 NFL Draft. He has played in 70 games, making 23 starts and has recorded 104 receptions for 1,184 yards and five touchdowns. In 2021 with the Jaguars, Treadwell appeared in 12 games (seven starts) and caught 33 passes for a career-high 434 yards and one touchdown.

The Crete, Ill. native attended Ole Miss from 2013-15. Treadwell registered a school-record 202 receptions for 2,393 yards and 21 TDs in his collegiate career, including 82 receptions for 1,153 yards and 11 TDs en route to First-Team All-SEC and Third-Team All-American honors in 2015.

Santoso, 6-5, 260, originally signed with Detroit as a rookie free agent in 2018 and most recently spent time on the Rams practice squad. He has played in seven games and made 4-of-5 field goals in his NFL career.

The Pace, Fla. native attended Minnesota and played in 51 games with the Gophers.
