The Jaguars begin preparations for the Tennessee Titans today with a morning practice at the Florida Blue Health & Wellness Practice Fields.

"That's the most I've played on the right side (2010 season). Obviously I'm ambidextrous in how I do things, but I do most of my stuff with my right arm, but I got some great reps on the right side last year. I'm getting used to my left arm kind of being a power joust and stuff like that. I can play either side, but I've pretty much focused a lot of work on the left this year."
