JACKSONVILLE – One fewer Jaguars rookie than expected reported Monday.

Zedrick Woods, a rookie free agent defensive back who signed shortly after the 2019 NFL Draft, submitted retirement paperwork prior to Monday's reporting date for Jaguars 2019 Training Camp. He was placed on the team's reserve/retirement list.

All other rookies, quarterbacks and first-year players reported Monday, with veterans expected to report Wednesday and the first practice of camp scheduled Thursday at the Dream Finders Homes Practice Complex adjacent to TIAA Bank Field.

The Jaguars' roster currently stands at 89.
