The NFL Draft begins on the 30th April and the Jacksonville Jaguars are giving one lucky UK-based fan the chance to write their name into NFL history by announcing two NFL Draft picks live from London – the first time an NFL Draft pick has been announced outside of the United States!
While the 2015 NFL Draft will take place in Chicago, on Saturday 2nd May - day 3 of the Draft - each franchise will announce their rounds 4-7 picks from their team base. The Jaguars, as the only NFL team with two homes, will broadcast live from both EverBank Field and London.
'You Make The Pick' will select one fan in the US and one fan in the UK to make the announcements with the US-based fan announcing the 4th and 5th round picks and the UK fan announcing the 6th and 7th rounds.
To be in with a shot of announcing the 6th and 7th round picks, which will be part of a live broadcast on Sky Sports News in the UK and on the NFL Network in the US, UK-based fans can enter the competition at nfluk.com/you-make-the-pick from midday on Wednesday 1st April. Last year's 6th and 7th round Draft picks went on to make a splash in the NFL as sixth-rounder Luke Bowanko ended the season as the Jaguars' starting centre and final pick Storm Johnson picked up two touchdowns including during a winning effort against the Cleveland Browns.
And it could be you announcing the next hot young talent to enter the Jaguars' ranks should you be selected for the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to take centre stage and make NFL Draft history.
The winner plus guest will also receive travel and hotel accommodation for their stay in London, plus a range of Jaguars merchandise. All entries must be received by the closing date of Sunday 19th April and terms and conditions apply.
