Lawrence threw three touchdown passes to running back Travis Etienne Jr. and one each to running back Bhayshul Tuten and wide receiver Brian Thomas Jr. – finishing 20 of 32 for 330 yards with no interceptions and a 136.7 passer rating.

The Jaguars drove from there, with Lawrence scrambling for a 15-yard touchdown on third-and-13 to push the Jaguars' lead to 14-0.
- Notable: The Jaguars' five-game winning streak marked their longest since 2023. Their 10-4 start was their best since starting 10-4 in their 2017 AFC South championship season.
- Quoting Head Coach Liam Coen: "It's fun to be around this group. They continue to rise to these challenges that we present each week. You do feel like we're improving in different areas, in all three phases. Our guys have done a nice job of staying that course, working intentionally throughout the week and coming out on Sundays and putting it on tape."
- Walker: "Everybody's peaking at the right time. Guys are getting healthy and everybody's showing their true potential. We have to keep building on it."
- Tracking the South: Jaguars (10-4), Houston Texans (9-5), Indianapolis Colts (8-6), Tennessee Titans (2-12).
Week 16: Jaguars 34, Denver Broncos 20
- Site: Empower Field at Mile High in Denver, Colo.
- What happened: Lawrence threw three touchdowns and ran for another, and the AFC South-leading Jaguars enhanced their playoff positioning against the AFC West-leading Denver Broncos. Lawrence completed 23 of 36 passes for 279 yards with no interceptions, with three different receivers catching touchdowns. He threw first-half touchdowns to wide receiver Parker Washington and tight end Brenton Strange, and his two third-quarter touchdowns – a pass to Etienne and a 1-yard run – gave the Jaguars a 31-17 lead entering the fourth quarter. The Jaguars, after no first downs on their first two possessions, scored on six of seven possessions after that with four touchdowns and two field goals.
- Key play: The Jaguars led by a touchdown in the third quarter when Lawrence on third-and-3 from the Jaguars 27 threw to Washington on the right sideline. Washington broke a tackle and sprinted down the sideline for a 63-yard gain to the Broncos 10, with Lawrence throwing a touchdown pass to Etienne on the ensuing play for a 31-17 Jaguars lead with 3:56 remaining in the third quarter.
- Notable: The Jaguars (11-4) maintained their one-game lead in the division over the Houston Texans and moved to with a game of the Broncos (12-3) for the top seed in the AFC.
- Quoting Coen: "Great team win – just thankful that a small-market team like ours can come into a place like Mile High and get it done. Guys just kept battling and making plays."
- Quoting Lawrence: "It's a big game and just proud of the guys. This team's coming together. I'm proud of the guys. We came ready to go."
- Quoting safety Andrew Wingard: "We just beat the best team. Our offense is on a heater. The best part about us is we don't care. This is not our Super Bowl. Our Super Bowl is the Super Bowl."
- Tracking the South: Jaguars (11-4), Houston Texans (10-5), Indianapolis Colts (8-7), Tennessee Titans (3-12).
Week 17: Jaguars 23, Indianapolis Colts 17

- Key play: With the score tied 17-17 midway through the fourth quarter, cornerback Jarrian Jones cut in front of wide receiver Josh Downs to intercept quarterback Philip Rivers at the Colts 34. Jones returned the interception 13 yards to the Colts 21, barely missing a touchdown when Downs tackled him at the ankles. 42-yard field goal gave the Jaguars a 20-17 lead with 6:58 remaining.
- Notable: The Jaguars moved to within a game of the AFC South title with the victory.
- Quoting Lawrence: "You have to earn every one of them – we earned it today. The biggest positive is just finding a way to win. It's hard to win. That's a good team. Their season obviously the last few weeks hasn't gone the way they want it to, but it's still a really good team that's hard to beat."
- Quoting Jones: "It's hard to win in this league and you have to be on your Ps and Qs every week. [The Colts] are a good football team. You can't really take them lightly in any moment because it is still the NFL. We got into some rough moments in the game, but you kind of saw the brotherhood kick in and we kind of came together and did what we needed to do to win.
- Tracking the South: Jaguars (12-4), Houston Texans (11-5), Indianapolis Colts (8-8), Tennessee Titans (3-13).
Week 18: Jaguars 41, Tennessee Titans 7

- Key play: Little's 67-yard field goal gave him the longest field goals in NFL history, having set the NFL record for longest field goal with a 68-yarder in a 2025 Week 9 victory over the Las Vegas Raiders in Las Vegas. With the Las Vegas kick being indoors, Sunday's kick gave Little the record for longest outdoor field goal in NFL history. "I probably caught this one a little cleaner," Little said.
- Notable: The Jaguars with the victory clinched their first AFC South title since 2022, their fifth division title in franchise history. They won the 2017 and 2022 South titles, having won AFC Central titles in 1998 and 1999.
- Quoting Lawrence: "It's been an awesome year. It took a lot of focus and grit throughout the season, just taking it one week at a time. We had some ups and some downs. We're playing our best ball at the most important time, going into the playoffs. It feels awesome. It's not easy to do."
- Quoting Johnson: "It's a great feeling. We worked hard all year to get to this point. We knew the assignment. We came out and executed at a high level today."
- Quoting Coen: "I'm very proud of this group. They're a fun, special group to be around."
- Tracking the South: Jaguars (13-4), Houston Texans (12-5), Indianapolis Colts (8-9), Tennessee Titans (3-14).
AFC Wild Card Playoff: Buffalo Bills 27, Jaguars 24

- Quoting Lawrence: "It was a tough way to end this year. They made a few more plays than us. That part is disappointing."
- Quoting defensive end Josh Hines-Allen: "Shout out to my team. We fought all year. We battled. This was the most fun I've had in a very long time, and I've got a lot of guys that can say the same thing. This is a growing step for us, a growing moment."
