Biography
The cousin of NFL quarterback Joshua Dobbs was a four-star recruit and first-team All-Houston Area selection as a senior at William B. Travis High School. He stepped into the starting lineup for Penn State as a true freshman, beginning all nine games (36-489-13.6, six TDs receiving; 5-100-20.0 on kick returns). Washington started seven of 13 games played in 2021 (64-820-12.8, four TDs receiving; 2-12-6.0 rushing; 2-23-11.5 on punt returns) and eight of 10 appearances in 2022 (46-611-13.3, two TDs receiving; 2-8-4.0 rushing; 18-99-5.5 on punt returns).
