JACKSONVILLE – The Jaguars on Thursday practiced at the Miller Electric Center.
The Jaguars (8-4) will play the Indianapolis Colts (8-4) at EverBank Stadium in Jacksonville Sunday in a 2025 Week 14 game. A look at Thursday around the Jaguars – with Offensive Coordinator Grant Udinski and Defensive Coordinator Anthony Campanile speaking to the media before practice:
The Jaguars on Thursday issued the second of three injury reports for the week, with starting wide receiver Parker Washington practicing limited with a hip injury after sustaining the injury in a victory over the Tennessee Titans Sunday and missing practice Wednesday.
Starting left tackle Walker Little and starting safety Andrew Wingard missed a second consecutive practice with concussions Thursday.
Starting defensive end Travon Walker (knee) practiced limited after missing practice Wednesday, with starting right guard Patrik Mekari (concussion) practicing full after practicing limited Wednesday. Defensive end Danny Striggow (knee), starting linebacker Devin Lloyd (chest) and starting linebacker Foye Oluokun (chest) practiced full Thursday after practicing limited Wednesday.
Four Jaguars players practiced limited a second consecutive day Thursday: Offensive lineman Chuma Edoga (calf), starting defensive tackle Arik Armstead (hand), punter Logan Cooke (shoulder) and long snapper Ross Matiscik (back).
Starting safety Eric Murray, who had his 21-day window open to return from injured reserve last week, and starting cornerback/nickel Jourdan Lewis (neck) practiced full for a second consecutive day.
"Eric's a great leader and a great communicator," Campanile said of Murray. "Anytime you get a guy like that, that has that veteran presence, the toughness that he brings to the game, he's a physical guy. He has tackled his ass off this year. He has done a great job being physical in the middle of the field and really separating guys from the football. I love that about his game.
"I love when he's out there because he's always bringing an edge to us."
With Little not yet practicing this week, offensive lineman Cole Van Lanen could start at left tackle Sunday. He replaced Little in the second half against the Titans.
That would be the fifth position at which Van Lanen has started this season, having started one game at left guard, two at right tackle, one at right guard and one at extra tackle in a big formation.
"He's one of those guys that whatever you ask, he's going to attack it with his absolute maximum effort," Udinski said. "There are a lot of guys that are willing and able to try those things. But for him to actually go out there and do it in a game is truly exceptional. For him to do that and to continue to kind of do it week to week is a testament to his preparation, his work ethic."

Rain is in Sunday's forecast, which is fine with Jaguars running back Travis Etienne Jr.
"I feel like that works in our favor," he said, adding, "It reminds me of being at home as a kid, when I wasn't supposed to go outside and play football – or when I wasn't supposed to go outside at all because it was raining – and I would go outside with my friends and sneak and go and play football on the rainy field and slide everywhere
"It kind of brings that feeling: Just go out there and play free, just do something we've been doing our whole life and just play for the love of the game."
Etienne – the No. 25 overall selection in the 2021 NFL Draft – has rushed for 843 yards and 5 touchdowns in 12 games this season, and needs 157 yards in the last 5 regular-season games to reach 1,000 yards rushing for the third time in 4 seasons.
"It's a testament to my O-Line and all the hard work we put in in the offseason," he said. "It would be a great moment for the team."

Defensive end Josh Hines-Allen on rookie running back LeQuint Allen Jr., a seventh-round selection in the 2025 NFL Draft who has developed into one of the Jaguars' more animated and energetic players: "When we did competitions during training camp, he set a standard for himself. He just went crazy. He just tapped into a zone and you said, 'Oh, this guy's probably insane.' The things that he's doing now are just a carryover from that moment. He got to release that dog inside of him where you knew, 'Oh, this kid's going to be legit, one of those feisty ones. He has proven it every single day. A lot of respect for him. He's not afraid of anybody. He's going to crack you. He's going to tell you he's going to crack you. I'm glad I play on the same team as him. He's been a heart and soul of the offense, one of those sparks. He does things right."
